The Crestone Business Group is a full service Colorado Business Brokerage Firm. Our brokers are widely known for building rapport with company owners, buyers and investment groups well beyond the normal business relationship. We are responsive, detail oriented professionals who help clients buy and sell businesses through an entrepreneurial touch. Our goal is to maintain a positive outcome for owners, employees and stakeholders on every transaction.
In early 2010 the Crestone Business Group became an affiliation of Robert Hedges Enterprises. As part of Robert Hedges Enterprises, we have continued to employ a consultative sales approach with our clients, coaching buyers and sellers on industry outlook, exit strategy, business valuation and commercial funding. We’ve carefully shepherded each business transfer through negotiation, due diligence and closing.
The professional business intermediaries in our firm are Colorado licensed real estate brokers and members of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries (CABI). CABI is a non-profit trade association whose purpose is to promote the education and professional standards of its members and to represent the interests of the industry within the State of Colorado.
Steve Coast
During Steve’s long corporate career in the Semiconductor industry, he was involved in several company acquisitions. He also helped drive sales for a technical startup company from $5M to $100M, enabling a public offering and subsequent acquisition for $300M. In addition to driving sales from large corporate clients in the Semiconductor industry, Steve has started three companies of his own and currently runs the Crestone Business Group. Steve holds a Marketing MBA in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
Robert Hedges
Bob has owned and operated a variety of businesses for over the last 30 years, including a uniform rental business, dry cleaning stores, a retail business and a service franchise business targeting the restaurant industry. He has provided management consulting services to help small businesses owners improve the bottom line and assist in the planning stages. Mr. Hedges started Robert Hedges Enterprises brokerage firm in 1995 and continues to manage the business today. He has served as a board member of the Colorado Association of Business Intermediaries and is a member of Rotary International. Bob attended the Exit Planning Institute, www.exit-planning-institute.org and is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA).
